The Dancers, Darlings, Fashions & Faces of The IDentity Festival 2011 on 09/04/11

The IDentity Festival 2011 is the inaugural flight for the touring festival series. On September 4, 2011, the show landed at The Hollywood Palladium.

Visiting no less than 20 cities, playing the best of tunes from the best known and most notorious DJs, artists, and producers, the tour offers club-bangers and electronica nerds the opportunity to catch the likes of Kaskade, Pretty Lights, Rusko, Avicii, DJ Shadow, Skrillex, Chuckie, Modeselektor, and Nero.  

Buzzine attended the Hollywood Palladium show to catch galleries of The Crystal Method, Steve Aoki, Pete Tong, Doorly, Booka Shade, and The Disco Biscuits, but because we don't just care about the beautiful people on the stage, we also turned our eyes to the fashions and faces of the beautiful people who make up the entire scene.

Whether they were reaching for the lights at the Skull Candy or Dim Mak Stages, or sucking back something sweet and energizing at the RockStar Lounge, the crowds were intent on tuning in to a good time. Enhancing the sensory extravaganza and stating their IDentity, no holds were barred, and a mix of apparel added to the stage-based shows. 

Some sartorial styles were sweet, some were strong, and some were straight-up brave -- all were focused on Dance.
